Background
Turnbuild Building is the trading name of Turner Construction (SW) Ltd. You deal with one builder from the first conversation to the final day on site. That builder is Daniel Turner, who has spent his working life in residential construction.
You will meet Daniel on site before any work begins. He walks the property with you, takes measurements and listens to how you want to use the new space. You receive a written quotation that sets out the price and the scope of work, so you know what is included.
Most of our work is rear and side extensions and loft conversions across the south-west. Each project begins with a survey of the existing structure. Roofs, walls and drainage are checked, and any issues are raised with you before building work starts.
We employ a small team of carpenters, bricklayers and roofers, and we work with trusted electrical and heating contractors. Building control inspects the work at each stage. You receive the certificates when the job is complete.
You are welcome to remain in the house while we work. We protect floors and doorways, keep tools tidy at the end of each day and give you a clear programme for the weeks ahead. If the schedule changes, we tell you the same day.
Our work is priced so that the quotation holds. You agree any variation in writing before the work goes ahead. Final accounts are given to you with all documents for your records.
